Richelle Pittella is the Grants Training & Process Manager at Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, a GivingData user since 2015. Before GivingData, all interactions between the Foundation and their grantees was handled and stored over email, so the implementation of the system was integral in tracking and managing their grantee relationships.
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation staff have seen enormous benefits from using the platform to track and manage their data. This includes a project started in 2021 that allowed them to see the full picture of their grant timelines and take steps to improve the equity of experience for each grantee.
